Lease extension/Freehold Enfranchisement
We specialise in Lease Extension and Collective Enfranchisement work. We provide extension and enfranchisement assessments, valuations, act in negotiations and act for clients at the property tribunals if/when required.
Our work covers both statutory routes (under The Leasehold Reform Act 1993) or non-statutory routes (private treaty). We are full members of ALEP – the Association of Leasehold Enfranchisement Practitioners.
RICS Valuations (Red Book Valuations)
We carry out all types of residential valuations for a variety of clients, whether it be for homebuyers, homeowners, solicitors, individuals, housing associations, corporate clients or developers.
All RICS Valuations are carried out by Chartered Surveyors who are RICS Registered Valuers.
Surveys for Home Buyers
We use the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) actual Licensed products rather than more basic in-house designed reports favoured by some surveying firms. The RICS products are specifically designed with the consumer in mind, they follow a structured process designed to be easy to read and understand. All the main elements are given a Condition Rating using the 'traffic light system'.
All surveys for Home Buyers are carried out by Chartered Surveyors who are RICS Registered Valuers.
